Payment
Payment for purchased artwork is made via an invoice we issue. Payment by QR code or payment link is available.
Delivery
Before shipping, your purchased items are carefully wrapped in protective film, then bubble wrap, followed by cardboard packaging, and a wooden frame if necessary. The item is then insured and handed over to the courier service. We primarily work with CDEK. Delivery is at the buyer's expense.
If the work arrives damaged
When opening the package, you must document the condition of the delivered item with video and photos. If there is damage, contact our manager immediately via email with the photo and video documentation. The manager will get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Cancelling a purchase
You can cancel a purchase before it is handed over to the delivery service. In this case, funds will be returned minus 5%.
Buying at auction
After the sale the winner receives an email with the auction results and a “Give the delivery address” button. Enter the address on the results page: all the lots you won travel in one parcel. We work out the delivery and issue one invoice – the price of the lots plus delivery.
Applying and taking part in sales are free. You pay only for a lot you win. Every step is in the guide “How to take part in an auction”.
