Do I need to create an account to make purchases?
Yes. You need to create an account before purchasing artwork on our website. Through your account, you can track your purchase history, create collections and selections.
How is delivery handled?
Before shipping, your purchased items are carefully wrapped in protective film, then bubble wrap, followed by cardboard packaging, and a wooden frame if necessary. The item is then insured and handed over to the courier service. We primarily work with CDEK. Delivery is at the buyer's expense.
What should I do if I receive a damaged artwork?
When opening the package, you must document the condition of the delivered item with video and photos. If there is damage, contact our manager immediately via email with the photo and video documentation. The manager will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
Can I cancel a purchase?
Yes, you can cancel a purchase before it is handed over to the delivery service. In this case, funds will be returned minus 5%.
