The sheet is part of the cycle Skrizhali (Tablets), in which the front pages of major newspapers are transposed into agglomerate, an artificial stone that likens the newspaper page to a stone slab. The reference to the Tablets of the Covenant shifts a transient news page into the register of the monument and the fixed document. Here the basis is the front page of the American newspaper USA Today. The work reflects Litvin's conceptual practice, addressed to text, document and the language of mass media.
